Body Base

BODY BASE is a body shaping program that lasts a month and a half and includes 3 trainings a week. Throughout the whole program the changes are monitored using objective diagnostic indicators. Before starting with the program, it is necessary to do the diagnostics (MEASUREMENTS, MOBILITY TESTS AND ENDURANCE TESTS) in order to be able to objectively monitor the progress during the program.


Variety in training is achieved by a wide range of cardio exercises, strength exercises, stretching exercises and body relaxation exercises.


Emphasis is placed on torso stability (lower part of the torso, including the abdominal muscles, the oblique muscles and the lower back) which is of vital importance for a variety of activities. Basic stability is an aspect that keeps the body in balance during certain types of motions. Equally important is the fact that body stability is a preventive measure against injuries in the lower part of the spine.


The aim of the program is to correct balance disorders and bad posture and to strengthen internal stability. Some of the important goals of this program are to reduce the subcutaneous fat tissue (weight loss), to shape and firm the whole body, and to get your body into great shape. That is, to re-shape your body. These are all prerequisites for a healthy, long and peaceful life, and at the same time they prevent the development of osteoporosis.


It would also be good to dedicate yourself to proper nutrition and to reduce unhealthy foods to make the result even better.
